Celt Experience – Bleddyn 1075, IPA,5.6% alc vol
Aroma: Sweet, grassy hops, some hints of citrus
Appearance: Slightly opaque, deep copper; off white frothy head, plenty of bubbles rising
Taste: assertive hop bitterness with slight hints of citrus
Mouthfeel: refreshing, medium-light bodied, smooth around the mouth; some alcohol warming
Overall: A good beer to get me started on this tasting again. This is quite a good IPA, one that certainly pleases.
